Refund Policy

1. Launch status

Prufling is in an early launch phase. The core practice features are free, and automated online payment is still being rolled out market by market. Where paid plans are not yet available in your country, you will not be charged.

2. Digital service

Paid plans give access to a digital service that is made available immediately. For consumers in jurisdictions with a statutory withdrawal right (for example the EU/EEA 14-day right), that right may end once you start using a paid feature and expressly acknowledge this at purchase.

3. When we refund

If you are charged in error, charged twice, or cannot access a paid feature you bought because of a fault on our side, we will refund that payment. If you request a refund within 14 days of a subscription purchase and have not made substantial use of the paid features, we will honor it.

4. Exam passes

A one-time exam pass grants access for a fixed window tied to your exam preparation. Because it is time-limited access purchased close to an exam date, refunds after the window has started are handled case by case; contact us and we will look at it fairly.

5. How to request a refund
